Community Outreach & Business Development Specialist
Community Outreach & Business Development Specialist
iCRYO Edgewater is a recovery and wellness center looking for a full-time Community Outreach & Business Development Specialist to help drive new Guests, partnerships, and revenue into the center.
This is a relationship-driven sales and outreach role. You’ll be based out of our Edgewater center, but much of your focus will be out in the community—building relationships, creating partnerships, attending events, generating leads, and converting those opportunities into booked and paying Guests.
We’re looking for someone outgoing, organized, persistent, and comfortable walking into a business, introducing themselves, building a relationship, and creating opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Community Outreach & Business Development — Primary Focus
- Build and manage relationships with local businesses, apartment and condominium buildings, gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, sports leagues, wellness professionals, restaurants, hotels, and other community organizations.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that can generate Guests and revenue for iCRYO Edgewater.
- Plan and participate in pop-ups, community events, networking opportunities, and local promotions.
- Generate leads and consistently follow up with prospects and partners.
- Turn outreach relationships into booked appointments, paying Guests, memberships, referrals, and repeat business.
- Maintain an organized outreach pipeline and accurately track contacts, follow-ups, partnerships, leads, bookings, and results.
- Work with the Center Manager and ownership to identify outreach opportunities and promotional ideas.
- Support social media content related to community partnerships, events, and outreach activities.
Service Knowledge & In-Center Familiarity
You will spend time in the center learning our services, memberships, pricing, and Guest experience so you can confidently and accurately represent iCRYO Edgewater in the community.
Hands-on training will help you understand what we offer and speak knowledgeably with potential Guests and community partners.
Reporting & Collaboration
This position reports to the Center Manager and will work closely with the Center Manager and ownership to develop outreach priorities, partnerships, events, and growth opportunities.
How Success Is Measured
This is a results-oriented position.
Success will be measured through:
- Qualified leads generated
- New Guest bookings
- Revenue generated from outreach
- New memberships and packages
- Partnerships established
- Referral activity
- Event and pop-up performance
- Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of results—not simply the number of calls, visits, or events completed.
Compensation
$22/hour base pay plus an uncapped performance-based commission structure.
The commission plan is designed to directly reward the business and revenue you generate. Strong performance should result in meaningful additional compensation.
