  • Take initiative in identifying ways to improve operations and grow revenue.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in management, sales, business development, or a customer-focused leadership role.
  • An outgoing personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Someone comfortable managing employees as well as introducing themselves to potential community partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for helping grow a business.

Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses is a plus, but not required.

What Success Looks Like
A well-run center, a motivated team, happy Guests, growing memberships, and an expanding network of community relationships that bring new business through our doors.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a location — someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and helping a business grow.
